In order to extract and decode WEM files, you need to supply ffmpeg.exe and ww2ogg.exe for Taiji to run when necessary. Now, all the files should be present and located where they need to be. Otherwise, you can safely delete the old version of the loader. If there is not a new version of the loader, you will have to move the loader to C:\ProgramData\cn.smallpc\taiji\ manually.The directory will directly contain the newest version of the Taiji loader loader.exe (if the downloaded loader is outdated), the "core" taiji.dll which Taiji will access, and env.json. The files will be downloaded under C:\ProgramData\cn.smallpc\taiji\.Since there hasn't been a new version since 1.5.0, it is uncertain if this will be the case. According to the Taiji website, new versions of the loader past version 1.5.0 will not be downloaded automatically.(If you are running the loader at C:\ProgramData\cn.smallpc\taiji\loader.exe, you may need to rename or move the loader to let it download.)
